What we collect

Details you give us in forms (name, company, role, email, phone or WhatsApp number, site or delivery address, your requirement, and how you found us), and basic technical data such as pages visited and device type, collected through cookies and analytics.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. It collects pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how visitors arrive at the site. We also use Microsoft Clarity, which records clicks, scrolling and page interactions to show how pages are used. Neither tool receives the details you type into our forms.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes and samples, deliver orders, and improve the website. We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

Only the people who need it to fulfil your request, such as logistics partners or a supplier handling your order, and service providers that run our website, analytics and email, under confidentiality.

How long we keep it

As long as needed for your enquiry or orders, and as required by law (for example, tax records).

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to sales@procuro.in.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to run the site and analytics cookies (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity) to understand its use. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of Google Analytics on any site with Google's opt-out browser add-on.
